丹参多倍体开花前后丹酚酸生物合成关键酶活性的变化

Changes of Key Enzyme Activities for Salvianolic Acid Biosynthesis Before and After Flowering in Salvia miltiorrhiza Polyploid

摘要:

为探讨开花对丹参多倍体丹酚酸积累的影响,以丹参多倍体为材料,探讨花蕾期、盛花期、衰败期叶片中丹酚酸合成关键酶活性的变化。结果表明,可溶性蛋白随着丹参花期的进行,表现出先升后降,在盛花期达到峰值,而5号丹参可溶性蛋白含量在各时期均较其他丹参高。从酪氨酸氨基转移酶(TAT)、肉桂酸-4-羟化酶(C4H)和苯丙氨酸裂解酶(PAL)酶活性变化看,不同丹参在花蕾期TAT酶活性比开花后高,尤其是在盛花期时酶活性明显降低;PAL酶活性基本呈逐渐上升趋势;C4H酶活性变化随着花期的进行先降低后升高;但5号丹参比其他丹参的3种酶活性在各时期高,这可能是其丹酚酸含量较其他丹参高的原因之一。

Abstract:

To study the effect of flowering on salvianolic acid accumulation, the changes of the key enzymes activities for salvianolic acid biosynthesis were studied at bud, flowering and decaying stage in Salvia miltiorrhiza polyploid. The results showed that soluble protein increased first and then decreased, and reached the peak at flowering stage of S. miltriorrhiza polyploid, and the soluble protein content in No.5 S. miltriorrhiza leaves was higher than that of other S. miltriorrhiza polyploid at all stages. Tyrosin aminotransferase (TAT) enzyme activity at bud stage was higher than that after flowering, especially low at full flowering stage. The activity of phenylalanine ammonialyase (PAL) enzyme increased gradually in different S. miltriorrhiza polyploid. The change of cinnamic acid 4-hydroxylase (C4H) enzyme activity firstly decreased and then increased during the flowering stage. However, the TAT, PAL and C4H enzyme activities in No.5 S. miltriorrhiza were higher than those of other S. miltriorrhiza polyploid at all stages, which might be one of the reasons why salvianolic acid content in No.5 S. miltriorrhiza was higher than that of others.
