摘要: 近年来出现的各种病毒严重威胁着动物及人类的健康,由病毒引起的各种疾病难以治愈,积极研究和开发新的抗病毒药物是众多研究者的目标。绿茶提取物是主要成分为一些多酚类物质的混合物,主要为几种儿茶素。许多研究表明这些物质具有很好的抗击多种病毒的效果。本文从绿茶茶多酚提取方法和其主要成分入手,针对其抗病毒机理进行了综述,归纳了抗病毒的各种理论机制,为对其深入研究奠定了理论基础。

Abstract: In recent years,various viruses bring about a serious threat to human health. It is difficult to cure various diseases caused by different virus. Active research and development of new antiviral drugs is the target of many researchers.Green tea extract is a mixture of some polyphenols whose main ingredient are several kind of catechins. Many studies have shown that these substances could fight against a variety of viruses strongly.This article is a review about the extract methods of green tea extract, its main ingredients, its anti-virus mechanisms. The summerized various theories of anti-viral mechanism lay a solid foundation for its in-depth study.
