摘要: 摘 要:采用HPLC法对3个不同产地马蓝茎、叶中的3种中药效成分(靛玉红、靛蓝、色胺酮)在不同生长时期的含量进行了测定,结果表明:马蓝中的药效成分含量随着季节的变化而变化,其中靛玉红、靛蓝含量在11月份都达到最大值,是提取靛玉红和靛蓝的最佳时期;而适宜于色胺酮提取的最佳时期在10月份。因此,可以根据马蓝提取物质的不同选择其最佳收获期。

Abstract: Abstract: Three medicine constituent contents (indirubin; indigotin; ketone ) of Baphicacanthus cusia(Nees)Bremek leaves and stems in three different origins gathered from different periods were analyzed by means of HPLC detemination.The results showed that: contents of Baphicacanthus cusia(Nees)Bremek medicine constituents are changed with the seasons. Indirubin and indigotin content have reached the maximum value in November, it is the best period to extract indirubin and indigo , but it is the best period for ketone extraction in October. Therefore, the medicine material of Baphicacanthus cusia(Nees)Bremek can be extracted in accordance with the different optimum medicine constituent period.
