摘要:

从冬枣保鲜的方法,对冬枣保鲜技术研究现状进行了详细论述。目前,冬枣保鲜的物理方法包括低温贮藏、气调贮藏和减压贮藏,化学方法包括化学杀菌剂和激素处理,考虑到化学药剂的残留对人体的危害,近年来,科研人员研究开发了冬枣采后保鲜的生物防治方法,并取得了一定的效果,还论述了影响冬枣储藏保鲜效果的主要因素,并对当前研究工作中存在的问题及今后的主要研究方向进行了讨论。

Abstract:

This paper,the achivements of storage methods and the factors of affecting its storage performance of'Dongzao'Jujube fruit were discussed.The physical storage methods included low temperature storage,controlled atmosphere storage and hypobaric storage.The chemical storage methods deal with chemicalfungicides,reagents of fruit coating and physiology regulators.Considering the adverse aspects of chemicalresiduals,biological control was tested on'Dongzao'Jujube storage in recent years.In addition,the paper introduced the main factors of affecting the storage including fruit characteristics,agricultural managementsand enviroment conditions,and discussed the deficiency of current study and the prospect of'Dongzao'Jujube.
