摘要:

本文以沉水植物皇冠草为试验材料,研究了两种除草剂(乙草胺、氯嘧磺隆)胁迫对皇冠草的丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物阴离子(O2-)﹑过氧化氢(H2O2)含量﹑超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。结果表明:MDA、O2-、H2O2、SOD、POD、CAT活性随胁迫浓度的增加而增加;乙草胺胁迫下的各项生理指标峰值都高于氯嘧磺隆。

Abstract:

In this paper the physiological and biochemical characters of aqueous plant, Echinodorus amazonicus, under stress of two different kinds of herbicides, acetochlor and chlorimuron-ethyl, were investigated. Systematic determinations and analyses were carried out from the aspects of MDA content, the production rate of O2-, the content of H2O2, the activities of POD, the activities of SOD and the activities of CAT. The results showed that the above characters increased with the stress intensity. The peak value of physiological indicators under Acetochlor stress was higher than that under chlorimuron-ethyl stress.
