大花蕙兰与春剑杂交原球茎增殖及分化研究

Study on Propagation and Differentiation of PLB of Cymbidium hybridum ×Cymbidium Longibracteatum

摘要: 【研究目的】对大花蕙兰品种‘绿宝石’与春剑杂交原球茎增殖与分化进行研究。【方法】设置不同培养基、6-BA 和 NAA以及不同添加物对杂交兰原球茎增殖分化的进行探讨。【结果】KC培养基为最佳培养基;6-BA对原球茎的增殖影响不大, NAA对增殖影响较明显当浓度为0.2mg/L原球茎增殖效果最好;KC+6-BA2.0 mg/L+ NAA 0.5 mg/L对原球茎的分化效果最好;【结论】在培养基中加15mL/L香蕉汁最有利于杂交兰原球茎的增殖。

Abstract: 【OBJECTIVE】The research aimed to study the propagation and differentiation of PLB of Cymbidium hybridum‘Queen Emeraldus’and C. longibracteatum. 【METHOD】 Four factors of medium, 6-BA, NAA, and additive were designed to study the effects on differentiation and differentiation of PLB of Cymbidium hybridum ×C. longibracteatum .【RESULTS】KC medium was more effective than others. There was no difference with different concentrations of 6-BA. NAA influenced the propagation of PLB directly. NAA0.2mg/L was most favorable to the propagation of PLB. The best differentiation medium was KC+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L. 【CONCLUSION】 The medium supplemented with 15mL/L banana was most beneficial to the Propagation of PLB.
