四种盐生植物抗盐能力的综合评价

摘要:

摘要:以柽柳、白刺、芨芨草和黄花补血草为实验材料,在不同浓度NaCl胁迫下测定了各自叶绿素含量,丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量、SOD、POD和CAT酶活性等与抗盐密切相关的生理指标,利用隶属函数发对材料进行了抗盐性综合评价,得出四种植物抗盐能力依次为:白刺>甘肃柽柳>黄花补血草>芨芨草。

Abstract:

Abstract: The study was conducterd with four halophytes with different salt-sistance under NaCl conditions. 6 physiological salt resistance characteristics were measured,such as chlorophyll content, MDA content, proline content, SOD activity, CAT activity and POD activity. And a comprehensive evalution on salt resistance of four plants was given based on subordinate function values analysis. The degree of salt tolerance as follows: Tamarix chinensis>Nitraria schoberi >Limonium aureum>Achnatherum splendens.
