摘要:

人们对Ca2+在信号转导和细胞活动功能中的认识很大程度上来自于Ca2+荧光指示剂的发展。本文论述了多种化学合成Ca2+荧光染料在细胞Ca2+信号研究中的应用,从Ca2+荧光染料的发展、优缺点、选用标准、负载方法等方面进行了综述。

Abstract:

Our understanding of the underlying mechanisms of Ca2+ signaling as well as our appreciation for its ubiquitous role in cellular processes in large part, due to the development of fluorescent Ca2+ indicators. In this review, we discuss some of the most common chemical Ca2+ dyes that are widely used for the investigation of intracellular Ca2+ signaling. Development, advantages, limitations, selection criteria, loading methods of chemical Ca2+ indicators will be reviewed.
