虾肽有机肥对沙田柚叶片与果实品质及果园土壤养分的影响

Shrimp Peptide Organic Fertilizer and Shatian Pomelo: Effects of on Nutrients in Leaf or Orchard Soil and Fruit Quality

摘要:

为了解虾肽有机肥对沙田柚果实品质改善的效果,形成合理的施用技术,2013—2016年,在容县开展了施用虾肽有机肥对沙田柚果园土壤养分和果实品质的影响试验。7月中下旬在树冠滴水线附近开浅沟,处理1株施3.5 kg虾肽肥、处理2株施2.5 kg虾肽肥、对照株施2.5 kg干花生麸,8—9月份处理1、2分别喷3次800倍虾肽氨基酸叶面肥,对照喷清水。结果表明:连续施用虾肽肥3年能提高0~20 cm浅层土壤交换Mg、有效Zn、有效Fe、有效Mn、有效B含量,以及20~40 cm土壤全N、交换Ca、交换Mg、有效Fe、有机质含量和pH;叶片全N、全P、全K、交换Mg、有效B等矿质营养元素含量明显提高;果实总糖含量明显提高,风味佳,甜脆爽口,果品质量更优。7月中旬沟施虾肽肥2.5~3.5 kg+8月喷施800倍虾肽氨基酸叶面肥3次可有效改良土壤、提高沙田柚果实品质,其效果与花生麸相当。

Abstract:

To understand the effect of shrimp peptide organic fertilizer on quality improving of Shatian pomelo fruit and its reasonable application technique, from 2013 to 2015, the effects of applying shrimp organic fertilizer on orchard soil nutrients and fruit quality of Shatian pomelo were studied in Rongxian County. Shallow ditch was opened near the canopy drip line in the middle and late July. Treatment 1 was 3.5 kg shrimp peptide fertilizer of per plant, treatment 2 was 2.5 kg shrimp peptide fertilizer of per plant, the control was 2.5 kg dry peanut bran of per plant. From August to September, plants of treatment 1 and treatment 2 were sprayed three times with 800 times of shrimp peptide amino acid foliar fertilizer, and the control was sprayed with water. The results showed that the application of shrimp peptide fertilizer could increase the content of exchange Mg, effective Zn, effective Fe, effective Mn and effective B in shallow soil of 0-20 cm, and increase total N, exchange Ca, exchange Mg, effective Fe, organic matter and pH in soil of 20-40 cm. The contents of nutrients such as total N, total P, total K, exchanged Mg and effective B in the leaves were significantly improved. The total sugar content of the fruit was obviously improved, and the flavor was good, the taste was sweet and crisp, and the quality of the fruit was better. Therefore, the application amount of shrimp peptide fertilizer of 2.5-3.5 kg in the middle of July with spraying 800 times of shrimp peptide amino acid foliar fertilizer in August for three times could effectively improve the soil nutrients and the quality of Shatian pomelo fruits.
