摘要:从我国海南和云南橡胶主产区分离到22株橡胶炭疽病菌,生物学特性和形态学观察表明其中存在尖孢炭疽菌,ITS序列分析进一步证明侵染我国海南和云南橡胶的炭疽菌为胶孢炭疽和尖孢炭疽。ITS序列多样性分析表明,15株尖孢炭疽菌之间遗传差异较小,7株胶孢炭疽菌之间差异较大。

Abstract:

Abstract: The internal transcribed spacer regions (5.8S/ITS) of the ribosomal RNA gene from 22 isolates of colletotrichum leaf disease of rubber were amplified through the polymerase chain reaction with the universal primers and sequenced. And their biological characters also tested. The result revealed that only 7 isolates belong to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. The remaining 15 isolates represented Colletotrichum acutatum. Intraspecific genetic variation of Colletotrichum acutatum isolated from rubber was relatively low, which was found through rDNA-ITS sequence analyses. However, intraspecific genetic variation of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides was relatively abundant.
