9个绵羊品种的微卫星DNA多态性分析

摘 要:本研究利用微卫星标记技术分析了9个绵羊品种的遗传结构和遗传变异。9个微卫星座位共检出137个等位基因,分布在9个绵羊群体中7-23个不等,有效等位基因数为2.220~6.054;平均多态信息含量和平均杂合度分别在0.473-0.746和0.513-0.782之间;通过Nei氏遗传距离和非加权配对算数平均法(UPGMA)以及邻近结合法(NJ)将9个绵羊品种进行聚类,结果表明:9个绵羊品种可以分为两大类,聚类分析图能客观的反映9个绵羊品种的地理分布、遗传分化特点及亲缘关系程度。

Abstract:

Abstract: The genetic structure and genetic variation of 9 sheep population were analyzed by microsatellite marked method. A total of 137 alleles were detected, and the number of alleles varied from 7 to 23 and the number of effective alleles from 2.220 to 6.054.The average polymorphism information content varied from 0.473 to 0.746 ,and the average heterozygosity ranged from 0.513 to 0.782 respectively. Using Nei’s genetic distance and the UPGMA and the NJ method, 9 sheep population were classified into two categories.The clustering dendrograph drawn can reflected the geography distribution,the feature of genetic differentiation and genetic relationship among the 9 sheep population.
