流域实时洪水预报模型研究

摘要:

我国南方地区洪水汇流速度快,陡涨陡落,突发性强,预见期短,防汛难度大,对农业生产往往造成重大损失。本文将产汇流模型和实时校正技术相结合,研究实时洪水预报问题,并进行了实例分析。研究结果表明,实时预报模型能够有效提高洪水预报的精度和稳定性。

Abstract:

The formation speed of floods is rapidly in southern China riverbasins, so the flood is very difficult to be forecasted and defended, which often causes substantial losses to agricultural production. This issue researched the problem of flood real-time forecasting by the runoff model and real-time error correction techniques. The research result shows the real-time model can effectively improve accuracy and stability of the flood forecasting. .
