摘要：

针对数字城市系统应用中数据查询效率优化、数据共享及整合、数据安全性控制以及数据实时更新等问题，数字城市空间数据管理系统采用C#.NET+ArcGISEnging9.3.1进行开发，实现数字城市空间数据的集成管理、采集入库、综合查询、元数据定义、地图服务发布等功能。使之成为城市各行政部门应用系统的架设基础，全面实现数字城市空间数据共享，为城市行政部门和社会公众提供完善、优质和高效的空间数据服务。

Abstract:

To resolve the query giving priority to efficiency of date, data Sharing and Integration, data security controls and real-time data updates. Digital Urban Spatial Data Management System using C#.NET+ArcGISEnging9.3.1 to develop, to achieve integrated management of data, collection storage of data, integrated query of data, metadata definition, map service release, and making it the basis of the cities all walk of life, full realization of the digital city spatial data sharing. It will provide sound quality and high efficiency for the departments and public.
