农业节水技术研究现状及其对河北平原作物高产节水的借鉴意义

International advances in water-efficient farming technology and their significance for improving crop productivity and water use efficiency in Hebei Plain

摘要:

通过分析在水资源紧缺已成为影响中国乃至世界经济发展的重要因素,农业用水占水资源消耗的三分之二的的背景下,农业增产压力越来越大、可利用水资源越来越少的情况,指出提高水资源生产效率、以有限的水资源生产更多的农产品、实行“节水”农业势在必行。笔者从农业用水的管理技术、工程节水、农艺节水和生物节水及劣质水、循环水与雨水利用等方面总结了国内外传统节水技术的研究现状。在此基础上,结合河北省农业资源现状提出河北平原作物高产节水主体途径的选择。

Abstract:

In the scenario that water shortage has become a critical factor impacting world economy, and two thirds of the available water are being used for agriculture, it is crucially important to adopt water-saving agricultural technology in order to use the water more efficiently to produce more farm products with limited resource under the greater pressure for agricultural production increase and of less available water resource. This article reviewed the international advances in agricultural water use in the aspects of management means, engineering technology, agronomic measures and biological methods as well as utilization of low-quality water, recycled water and rainfall. Based on the review of the successful experiences and the current status of water resources, approaches for water-efficient and highly productive crop production in Hebei plain were proposed.
