弱光对苗期番茄功能叶片生长角度和形态结构的影响

摘要:

对弱光处理下4个弱光耐受性不同的番茄品系苗期功能叶片的生长角度和形态结构进行了研究。结果表明:4个番茄品系的叶面积和比叶重均降低,其中品系1、2的降低幅度小于品系3、4。品系1、2叶片的生长角度由上扬转为平展、栅栏组织和海绵组织变薄、叶绿体内基粒数增加、片层变化不大。而品系3、4叶片的生长角度由平展转为下垂、栅栏组织和海绵组织更薄、叶绿体内基粒片层变少且模糊。叶片生长角度和叶绿体特性与植株的弱光耐受性紧密相关,可以作为衡量植物对弱光适应能力的较好指标。

Abstract:

The growth angle and morphostructure of seedling function leaves in 4 tomato strains were investigated under low light density environments. The results showed that leaf area and the specific leaf weight of 4 tomato strains were decreased and the decreased extent of stains 1 and 2 was lower than that of stains 3 and 4 under low light density. palisade and spongy tissues of tomato leaves became thinner, leaves were open and flat and chloroplast grana lamellae was steady in stains 1 and 2; while in stains 3 and 4, the palisade and spongy tissues became more thinner, leaves hung down and chloroplast grana lamellae was indistinct and the numbers decreased. The growth angle and the chloroplast character of tomato leaves which closely related to low light tolerance under low light density environments should be viewed as the index to identify low light tolerance tomato strain.
