摘要:

利用Visual Basic 6开发环境和ARCGIS Engine开发工具包,以EOS/MODIS等气象卫星资料和地面常规观测资料为主要信息源,建立干旱监测预测系统,发挥GIS强大的空间信息可视化管理和分析功能,实现大面积干旱灾害的快速监测及预警,为政府和有关部门提供一种强有力的决策支持方案。

Abstract:

The paper builds monitoring and Forecasting information system of drought disaster based on ARCGIS engine and Visual Basic 6 technology using satellite operational data and basic meteorological database and DEM data Through the Monitoring and forecasting model of drought. The system offers the function that can quickly and accurately implement the monitoring of drought Disaster and classification of drought Disaster level and the forecasting of drought Disaster. It provides stronger decision support scheme to both the policymakers and managers.
