短期高温对香蕉幼苗光合作用及相关生理指标的影响

Effects of Short-Term High Temperature on Photosynthesis and Related Physiological Indices in Brazil Banana Plantlets

摘要:

本试验以巴西蕉幼苗为试材,研究经短期高温处理后叶片光合作用和几种生理指标的变化。结果表明,短期高温处理后,巴西蕉叶片净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)相比对照有所下降,而细胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)持续升高。高温处理24 h后,巴西蕉幼苗叶片叶绿素总量相比对照降低9.62%,而可溶性蛋白含量、游离脯氨酸含量(Pro)、MDA含量相比对照均有极显著的提高,可见短期高温胁迫对巴西蕉幼苗的生长产生了不利的影响。

Abstract:

The Brazil banana plantlets were used as material to study the changes of photosynthesis and physiological indices of leaves under short-term high temperature.The results showed that Pn,Gs,Tr decreased than those of CK ,but Ci continued to rise. After 24 h heat treatment,the leaf of Brazil banana total chlorophyll content were lower than 9.62% of CK, while the soluble protein, free proline, MDA content were increased significantly than those of CK.The results suggested that short-term high temperature might result the bad effects on the growth of the brazil banana plantlets.
