摘要：

中国耕地资源安全问题日益突出，耕地资源安全研究已成为当前耕地资源可持续利用研究的前沿课题。此文在诠释耕地资源安全概念的基础上，分别从耕地资源安全评价、耕地资源安全预警以及耕地资源安全保障三个方面对中国耕地资源安全研究的主要内容及研究进展进行了综述，指出中国耕地资源安全应在基础理论、安全综合、安全模拟、研究尺度以及保障主体行为与激励机制等方面加强研究。其中综合耕地数量、质量和生态环境保护的区域耕地资源安全评价及预警研究将是未来研究的重点和难点，区域耕地资源安全模拟是未来区域耕地资源安全研究的主要方向。

Abstract:

Resource security is critical to sustainable development of human society. The research of cultivated land resource security had became the forefront topic in the field of sustainable utilization of cultivated land resource. This article interpreted the concept of cultivated land resource security firstly, and then summarized the main progress and achievements in cultivated land security research. Finally, this article indicated that special attention should be paid to follow aspects in the future study of cultivated land resource security. Firstly, there was a synthetic tendency of regional cultivated land resource security assessment and early-warning study. Secondly, study scale of cultivated land resource security as well as behavior and incentives about protectors should be further discussed. Finally, simulation of regional cultivated land resource security is still an exploratory work.
