摘要:

差异蛋白质组学是蛋白质组学研究的一个重要内容,简要介绍了差异蛋白质组学产生的意义、背景以及研究方法。差异蛋白质组学主要包括双向聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳、质谱技术和生物信息学等研究技术,在园艺植物研究的诸多方面得到应用。

Abstract:

Differential proteomics is a major research area in proteomics era. The value, concept, research method and application of differential proteomics in horticultural plants are briefly introduced in this paper. Differential proteomics is based on the method of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis, mass spectrometry and bioinformatics. Differential proteomics technology could be used to understand the mechanism that controls many processes in horticultural plants.
