植酸酶生产与应用的研究进展

摘要:

植酸酶能降解植物性饲料中的植酸盐类,释放出无机磷酸,对于提高单胃动物饲料中磷的利用率,促进饲料中矿质元素的吸收利用,减轻高磷排泄物对环境的污染有重要作用。植酸酶也可以用作食品添加剂,促进人体对食品中矿质元素的吸收利用;植酸的降解产物IP3在医药领域也具有广泛的生理功能。为了体现植酸酶的研究意义和应用价值,本研究综述了国内外利用微生物、转基因植物和转基因动物生产植酸酶的概况,提出了植酸酶在生产过程中存在的一些问题,并对植酸酶的发展前景进行了展望。

Abstract:

The phytase can be used to degrade the phytate in the feedstuffs and release inorganic phosphate. It is important to increase the availability of phosphate, improve the absorption of the mineral nutrition in feedstuffs by monogastric animals and decrease the environmental phosphate pollution. The phytase can be also used as food additives, promote the absorption of minerals in human body. The phytate degradation product IP3 also has broad physiological functions in medical field. In order to embody the research significance and application value of phytase, this study reviewed phytase production from microorganism, transgenic plant and transgenic animals. The problems exited in the production of phytase were analyzed, and the prospect of phytase was also discussed.
