摘要:

开展中部粮食主产区增量经济型土地整理关键技术评价,对于促进科技成果转化,提高中部粮食主产区土地整理技术水平和粮食产能及效益,保障国家粮食安全具有重要意义。此文在评析相关概念的基础上,界定了中部粮食主产区、增量经济型土地整理的概念内涵,划分了土地整理关键技术评价的四个阶段,勾绘了研究的框架:运用“3S”技术,对中部粮食主产区进行土地整理分区;结合不同分区的技术需求,分阶段进行土地整理关键技术的评价、优选和组配,构建中部粮食主产区增量经济型土地整理关键技术集成体系,为编制《中部粮食主产区增量经济型土地整理项目工程施工关键技术建议性行业规范》,进行关键技术集成与应用示范提供依据。

Abstract:

It is of great significance to evaluate the key technologies of incremental economic land consolidation in central major grain-producing region, which would promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, improve the technological level of land consolidation, the food production capacity and benefit, and would ensure national food security. Based on assessment of the relational concepts, this paper proposed the essence of the central major grain-producing region and incremental economic land consolidation, divided the four key stages of land consolidation concerning the key technologies, and developed a research frame. The frame may include: (1) Using “3S” technology, to divide land consolidation sub-zone in central major grain-producing region; (2) With the technology needs of different sub-zones, evaluating, selecting and integrating the key technologies in the different land consolidation stages; (3) Integrating key technologies system of incremental economic land consolidation in central major grain-producing region, providing the basis for “Project construction key technologies specification of incremental economic land consolidation in central major grain-producing region”, key technologies integration and application demonstration.
