Callus Induction and Plantlet Regeneration of Phloxpanicula-ta Leaf

Abstract: The leaves of Phloxpanicula-ta were used as explants to induce calli，buds and rooting in seven culture media. The optimal media were （1）MS+BA0.4 mg/L +NAA1.5 mg/L；（2）MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L+GA31.5mg/L；（3）1/2MS+ +NAA0.1mg/L.
