Abstract: Salt stress is one of the main factors that restrict wheat yield. In order to study the salt tolerance of wheat recombinant inbred lines in filed salt environment, the authors used two wheat varieties ‘Ningchun No.27’, ‘Ningchun 4’ and eight wheat lines ‘R9’, ‘R32’, ‘R39’, ‘R75’, ‘R88’, ‘R89’, ‘R103’, ‘R108’, ‘R117’, ‘R129’, ‘R130’ as the objects, to evaluate salt tolerance through investigation and analysis of agronomic characters during the whole growth period. The experiment results showed that in field salt environment with 0.35% total salt content, the analysis of plant height, ear length, ear weight, grain number per spike and yield per plot indicated that ‘R32’ strain had the highest plant height, significantly higher than that of the parents, ear length, ear weight and grain number per panicle of‘R75’ were significantly higher than those of the parents, and ‘R88’, ‘R108’ had obviously higher plot yield than that of their parents. Therefore, by comparing the field performance and agronomic characters, ‘R75’, ‘R88’ and ‘R108’ had relatively strong field salt tolerance.
