Cerasus pseudocerasus was selected for studying community structures of phosphobacteria and their dynamics in the rhizosphere and nonrhizosphere. During the growing periods of Cerasus pseudocerasus, lower count of phosphobacteria was found at the fast growing period of the shoots, thereafter, it increased and peaked at the withhold growing period of the shoots and then decreased till the defoliation period that it was the lowest. Bacillus was the main genera in the rhizosphere and nonrhizosphere of Cerasus pseudocerasus. The genera varied with growing periods, the rhizosphere phosphobacteria in the withhold growing period of the shoots was complicated than other periods which had 6 genera. The number and genera of phosphobacteria in rhizosphere and nonrhizosphere were different.
