Abstract: Add botanical hormone of different thickness and varieties to substrate and affect the young plant of Africa chrysanthemum in the tube to differentiate and take root, the result shows the inducing substrate of differentiation is MS+6－BA 0.5+NAA 0.2, rootage inducing substrate should be 1/2 MS+IBA 0.5mg/L.
