Taking varieties of Honghuadajinyuan, K326, Yunyan85, and Yunyan87 as the materials, we did an initial study on the water content of the medium, sling and press times after packing in tray, and its effect on sprouting. And Results showed that the best coated rate of coated seed for Floating System of flue-cured tobacco was obtained by 3 times of sling and press, and will help the sprout result.
