The results indicated that the mineralized nitrogen from organic matter was massive in the soil of high organic matter content at the whole stage, so the ability of nitrogen supply of soil was strong, and the agriculture character and the weight of dry matter in plant have a obvious predominance. The nitrogen accumulated in plant and upper leaf was mainly from nitrogen fertilizer at former stage, and the nitrogen accumulated in plant and upper leaf was mainly from soil nitrogen at latter stage. The higher nicotine content, lower total carbohydrate content and reduced carbohydrate content of upper leaf were caused by the excess nitrogen supply at latter stage. The nitrogen mineralized from organic matter was little at growth stage in the soil of low organic matter content, so the ability of nitrogen supply was weak, and the nitrogen accumulated in plant and upper leaf was mainly from nitrogen fertilizer.
