Qionghai city of Hainan Province is a demonstration city that produces fruits and vegetables of safe agro-food in China, its production are very important in purveying the whole country market in winter. For finding out the status，the factors of effecting and the problem of quality of tilth in Qionghai city, the data of achieved outcomes were researched and the soil samples which were collected in tilth of the whole city were assayed in lab. As a result, the status of soil nutrients and the factors of effecting quality of tilth were founded out. Therefore, four countermeasures were suggested for the utilization of tilth in Qionghai city and the scientific proofs were offered for the utilization of tilth in Qionghai city with in reason, scientific fertilization and the production of safe agro-food.
