Research on Development Status and Countermeasures of Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep Industry in Guangxi Based on SWOT Analysis

Abstract

Abstract:

Guangxi Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep is one of the authentic medicinal materials of the national geographical indication product “Guangxi Ten Geo-Authentic Potential Materia Medica”. Its output ranks first in the country and it plays an important role in rural revitalization. This study focuses on the Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep industry in Guangxi, and through literature review, field investigation and data collection methods, constructs a SWOT strategic model. Combined with the current development status of the Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep industry in Guangxi, this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening germplasm resource conservation, promoting large-scale cultivation and standardized production, constructing a green cultivation standard system, increasing efforts in product research and regional brand development, strengthening policy and financial support, and cultivating industrial talents. It aims to provide a reference basis for advancing the high-quality development of the Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep industry and facilitating the transformation and upgrading of regional specialty medicinal materials industry.
