Abstract:

Abstract: After 18 months，storage,fatty acid value of indica rice varieties of 33 samples were tested ; the storability of rice grain were judged and studied. And main physico-chemical properties of indica rice varieties were tested ; The high quality ratio and score of indica rice varities were graded and studied.And the more hige-quality durable storage rice varieties were selected.
