Abstract :With six Oryza rufipogon (which from Qiong-hai, Wan-ning, Dan-zhou, Wen-chang, Le-dong and San-ya of Hainan) as materials, measuring their relative water content of leaves, chlorophyll content and free proline Content in leaf Respectively, under drought Stress condition. The results showed that the six population’ relative water content of leaves all decreasing, and the decrease range is different; The chlorophyll content showed “rises first, falls later”;The proline content showed varying degree increasing. Integrated these three physiological Indexes and the actual observation situation under drought Stress condition, and to preliminarily evaluate their drought-Resistance order is as follows: Qiong-hai population>Oryza Longisatminata>Wan-ning population> Dan-zhou population>Le-dong population>Wen-chang population.
