Abstract:

Studies on the effect of external Jasmonic acids on leaf heat lethal time、the lipid peroxidation and activity of antioxidative enzymes. Results showed that 1mmol/L JAs improved the leaf heat lethal time、POD and SOD activity, and reduced the contents of MDA and O2-- of Anthurium andrearum leaves under 38℃ high temperature stress. High temperature stress of different time could enhance internal JA concentration of Anthurium Andraeanum leaves. Spectulating combined with previous experiments results that JA can reduce the effect of high temperature stress on the development of Anthurium Andraeanum seedlings by the induction of antioxidative enzymes and reduction of MDA and O2-- contents.
