Abstract: Allelopathy principle of plants were reviewed from four aspects allelochemical kinds, release ways, function mechanism and autointoxication of allelochemicals. And autointoxication is the mainly obstacles of continuous cropping. Then the strategies and suggestions were put forward in the end in order to weaken or remove the autointoxication of allelochemicals.
