Improving and adopting the adapting technologies and measures to climate change, for example, forbid breed and pursue breed in house or fold, using the Strip Intercropped technologies of the combination of crop and grass, it could not only enhance the farmers and herdsmen’ capacity of adapting to climate change and meteorological disasters, but can also be a corresponding increasing farmer’s income.
