为了更好的开发利用沙蒿籽油,找出适合的天然抗氧化剂,用碘量法研究了生姜、花生壳、茶叶不同浓度的乙醇提取物对沙蒿籽油的抗氧化作用。结果表明:5%生姜提取物、5%花生壳提取物、7%茶叶提取物对沙蒿籽油均有很好的抗氧化作用,其中7%茶叶提取物效果最为明显。
