试验以四季树莓的叶片为试材,利用分光光度法测定了四季树莓叶片中总黄酮含量,同时测定了抗氧化性及清除自由基的能力。结果表明四季树莓叶片中含有丰富的黄酮类物质,干样中含量为641.7mg/100g。在亚油酸体系提取物粗黄酮具有抗氧化效果,且随着添加量的升高,抗氧化作用呈上
