试验采用红花长寿花茎段和叶片作为外植体，在附加不同植物激素组合的培养基中对愈伤组织的诱导和植株再生进行研究。结果表明：不带叶柄的叶片在MS+2,4-D1.0 mg/L +BA0.5 mg/L的培养基上对愈伤组织的诱导和增殖效果最好；在MS+ BA0.25 mg/L +2,4-D1.5 mg/L +GA0.6 mg/L的培养
