    Multidimensional Classification Model of Agricultural Information Based on Users’ Demand:

    In order to help users to quickly retrieve agricultural information, a multidimensional classification model of agricultural information was designed according to the new characteristics of the users’ demand for agricultural information. Then the multidimensional classification model scheme based on OLAP was also put forward from the perspective of information efficient storage and processing. Finally Hunan rape network information was taken as an example to collect experiment data and classify the correlative information to realize the storage structure of agricultural information classification based on OLAP. Experimental results showed that: (1) the improved multidimensional model of agricultural information classification could more effectively express the information collected randomly from agricultural network; (2) the dimensions of industry, time, region and form were objective, and the dimensions of information attribution, industrial chain and information content were subjective; (3) empty value “null” could be used to express the value when the information was not determined or there was no data in the dimension; (4) agricultural science and technology information had no data in time and space dimension. OLAP multidimensional agricultural information classification model designed in this paper could not only view relevant data from each dimension, but also extract data from different dimensions to analyze in depth, which laid an important foundation for personalized agricultural information push service. Realization of multidimensional agricultural information storage structure was necessary for data analysis and dimension optimization in follow-up agricultural information work.
    A Method to Build High Quality DEMs―ANUDEM Method

    The regular grid digital elevation models (DEMs) with high quality are the premise of calculating slope gradient, aspect, and modeling hydrology accurately. With the input data commonly available and the known characteristics of elevation surfaces, ANUDEM utilizes an iterative finite differential interpolation technique and the drainage enforcement algorithm to remove all sink points in the output DEM that have not been identified as sinks in the input sink coverage and ensure connected drainage structure and sensible representation of ridges and streams. In addition, the output diagnostic files are useful to identify large elevation errors and locations where elevation data and streamline data and then improve the quality of the output DEM. Example of a typical catchments in the Loess Hilly and Gully area, the quality of the DEM, which was produced based on the digital map (1:10000) by ANUDEM, was evaluated in terms of the shade map of the DEM, the derived contours map, streamlines and slope form the DEM. The study shows that the surface of DEM is smooth, the contours and the streamlines form the DEM are matching well to the originals and the slope is correct, so such high quality DEM can represent the shape and drainage structure of the real landform accurately. Therefore, ANUDEM is a good method to produce DEMs with high quality.

    The traceability of beef safety system through the Internet was designed and developed for the security of the civilians’ consumption of beef and the demands of the beef export. This system adopted JSP to design the Object-Oriented dynamic homepage and adopted the My SQL to design the database, as well as made use of the B/S (Browser/ Server) architecture, placed the management system on the Internet, in order to make this tracking-and-tracing system network and popularize. The producer, the seller and consumer check particular information of every cattle or every beef through the Internet, ensure the rights and interests of consumer, as well as discover the problem of producing quality beef at once.

    The construction status of agriculture informationization was analyzed in the paper, the main problem in constructing agriculture informationization was also pointed out, and the development strategies of that were put forward. The main conclusion includes: (1) a long development planning should be drawn up, and the construction of legal system and law of agriculture informationization should be strengthened; (2) perfect service system of agricultural information should be established by increasing the investment of money; (3) agricultural information resources should be developed and integrated to increase the quality and level of agricultural information service; (4) the construction of talent troops of agricultural information should be strengthened; (5) increasing the information constitution of farmers and the farmers should be trained on the information need; (6) flexible and all kinds of service methods should be taken to increase the service function of agriculture information.
    Analysis of the way of Span the “Last One Kilometer” of Agricultural Informatization

    The decisive factor of how to pass the “Last One Kilometer” of the agricultural informatization is economic feasibility. Limited by the marginal return, the innovation of techniques which have cost advantages is taken place at first. As the substitution and complement of techniques, the innovation of organization management that can decrease trading cost and improve informatization efficiency has become an efficient means to solve the problem of the “Last One Kilometer”. The ways of techniques and managements of agricultural informatization should be match and harmonize to each other. Technique of “Three net in one” and organization innovation of agriculture cooperation are the choices in practice.
    N Status Diagnosis of Winter Wheat by Using Digital Image Analysis Technology

    Traditional plant N status diagnosis methods such as plant total N content, biomass and stem sap nitrate concentration test, which need destructive plant sampling and laboratory analysis, can not be used in regional scale due to its too time cost and labor cost. In this research, field experiment with digital image analysis method had been used in wheat N status diagnosis at shooting stage. The results showed the normalized redness of R/(R+G+B) well correlated with wheat N status parameters of SPAD chlorophyll meter readings, stem sap nitrate concentration, shoot total N content and upland biomass, and the correlation coefficients (r) with those parameters were 0-809-0.946. The normalized redness R/(R+G+B) is a good indicator of wheat N status by using digital image analysis method.

    HACCP information is the outcome of combining HACCP system and information technology, including basic information database, assistant decision model, information exchanging platform, HACCP management and control system and so on. It has great significance in ensuring food safety, simplifying the implementation of HACCP system and improving the effectiveness of HACCP certification. In this paper, domestic and international development situation of HACCP information were studied. It analyzed the necessity and problems in HACCP information work and gave some development suggestions for HACCP information construction in China. China needs to learn from successful experiences at home and abroad to explore our own HACCP information road. Based on current foundation, we should promote HACCP information construction and further ensure food safety.

    While informationization is now the main direction and objective of agricultural development, digital agriculture is the key technique to realize the agro-informationization and an important means to solve the present problems of “agriculture, farmer and rural area”. China has established a national major project of “863 project in digital agricultural research and practice” since 2000. After almost ten years’ development, each province or city has made some progress. In this paper, the development of digital agriculture in different provinces or cities of China is discussed. Besides, some problems were pointed out and their corresponding solutions were proposed.
    Cloud Service Architecture of Forestry Resource Information in Big Data Environment

    The forest resource information management is facing new opportunities and challenges in the era of big data. It is urgent to probe the architecture design and application of forest resource information service in the intelligent forestry. Based on cloud computing theory and technology, the connotation and characteristics of forestry resource information cloud service were deeply analyzed, and thus the architecture design meta-model of forestry resource information cloud service was proposed by referring to IEEE 1471 2000. Then, the overall structure and the distributed and collaborative deployment pattern of forestry resource information cloud service nodes were designed by applying the layer architecture model and the architecture meta-model. Meanwhile, the forestry resource monitoring service system was carried out in SFA (State Forestry Administration) and Liaoning Province to verify the effectiveness of FRI-CSA (cloud service architecture of forestry resource information). The results showed that the requirements of forestry resource monitoring business in big data environment were fulfilled by the FRI-CSA which had the characteristics of general applicability and replicability to some extent.

    Development of information level is one of the important signs to evaluate competitiveness of countries and regions. The author analyzes the meaning of agriculture information in Tianjin, and puts forwards the principles of the construction of agriculture information evaluation index system on the foundation of analyses of the status of agriculture information in Tianjin. There are 25 indexes remained in the final evaluation index system, among of them 5 first grade indexes and 20 second grade indexes.

    With the improvement of living standards, people pay more attention on safety of agricultural products, at the same time some potential safety problems in circulation of agricultural products were revealed. To ensure the safety of food is an important issue in food production, and thus a good control and monitor system is highly recommended. The traceability system of agricultural products safety and agricultural products safety production management system based on the HACCP system、RFID technology and network technology were built. This paper will make an introduction to them, give an informatization solution to ensure the safety of agricultural products, and analyze information technology in China’s agricultural products in the field of security application development prospects.
    Investigation of the method for measurement of corn leaf area based on image

    【OBJECTIVE】A novel method for measuring area of corn leaf is proposed using Image processing software developed with Visual C++6.0 based on image processing techniques and Digital Cameras. 【METHOD】Firstly, corn leaf and reference board which are hung in the vitical wall are captured by a color digital camera in the same image. Secondly, the blue component of the image are extracted, the noise are eliminated used the median filtering、dilation and erosion. the corn leaf are segregated from the background by Ostu threshold segrement method. Thirdly, every reginal of the object is labeled and calculated its’ pixel number. Lastly, the corn leaf’s real area can be got through the corn leaf’s pixel number and the image resolution ratio.【RESULT】The result shows that there are close relationships between digital image processing method and “Maximum length ×width”ruler method, and digital image is more accurate than the “Maximum length ×width”ruler method. 【CONCLUTION】This kind of shooting method can avoid engendering the geometric distortion. the intensity of the object and the background has the most different in the blue component of the image.

    Based on the research of the evaluation methods of internal rural informatization level, this paper provides accurate, comprehensive and effective evaluation of rural informatization level for Henan province by analyzing the data of the second agricultural census data of Henan province and the "Henan Statistical Yearbook 2008" with AHP and hierarchical agglomerative clustering method. The evaluation is vital for us to understand the basic information of Henan comprehensively, study the development of informatization technology in rural development planning and scientific decision-making, and promote building new socialist countryside for Henan Province.

    Rural informatization is a complex and systemic engineering, which deals with a lot of participation roles. In this article we suggest three main roles(the government, enterprise and the peasant household) in rural informatization product market, and on this basis we mainly study two kinds of roles: the enterprise and the peasant household, and we mainly analysis the games between the enterprise and the peasant household in order to get some results from the analysis. We think that the key factor is to reduce the information asymmetry in rural informatization market, from which we can make the price of informatization products at a reasonable level.

    Digital breeding comes out for the assistant of plant breeding based on modern computer and network technology by the dynamitic management of widely collected breeding data resources. It can greatly improve the breeding efficiency by the automatically analysis of huge information, to compute genetic diversity among the materials, to classify genetic group, to predicate the heterosis between the purity lines and to give intelligent suggestions to the breeders. Any environmental factors, scientific research development in biological and genetic development, breeders’ experiences, and field-test results of crosses etc. should be integrated into the digital breeding system.
