水杨酸浸种对木槿种子萌发及幼苗抗低温影响

摘要: 用0.1mg/L,1 mg/L, 10 mg/L,100 mg/L, 1000 mg/L 五种不同浓度的水杨酸(SA)浸种处理木槿种子,研究SA对木槿种子萌发及幼苗抗低温的影响。结果表明浓度为10mg/L和0.1mg/LSA处理分别对木槿种子的发芽率和发芽势均有所提高,其余浓度则有抑制作用;SA处理后幼苗在2℃低温条件下可溶性蛋白含量和可溶性糖含量均提高,丙二醛(MDA)降低,说明SA处理可增强木槿幼苗的抗低温能力,且以10 mg/L ~100mg/L的处理效果较好。关键词:水杨酸(SA);木槿;种子萌发;幼苗;抗低温

Abstract: Abstract: The experiment studies the effects of SA on seeds germination and Anti-cold of Hibiscus syriacus L seedlings by using five different concentration ( 0.1 mg / L, 1 mg / L, 10 mg / L, 100 mg / L, 1000 mg / L )of Salicylic Acid(SA)to soak Hibiscus syriacus L Seeds. The results indicated that 10mg/L and 0.1mg/L SA improves the Hibiscus syriacus L Seeds germination rate(GR) and germination power(GP),but other concentration SA is prohibitive;the content of proteins and the content of carbobydrate were increased,while content of MDA was declined in Hibiscus syriacus L seedlings in 2℃.Result from cluster analysis shows that SA can enhance Anti-cold of Hibiscus syriacus L Seedlings, and 10 mg / L ~ 100 mg / L SA is the best treatment .
