象脚丝兰试管苗生根培养的研究

摘要： 摘要：本试验采用正交法研究了4种不同因素即：MS、NAA、IBA和AC对象脚丝兰试管苗生根的影响。结果表明：MS、IBA是影响象脚丝兰生根的主要因素；象脚丝兰生根培养最适的培养基配方为：1/4MS + NAA 0.8mg/L + IBA 2.0mg/L +AC 3.0g/L。

Abstract: Abstract：It was studied on different effects of MS, NAA, IBA and AC on roots growth in vitro of Yucca elephantipes by using the orthogonal design. The results showed that MS or IBA had the great significant. It was indicated that the optimizing medium was 1/4MS + NAA 0.8mg/L + IBA 2.0mg/L +AC 3.0g/L for roots growth in vitro of Yucca elephantipes.
