多叶型玉米研究进展

摘要: 多叶型玉米具有较多的穗上叶片数与高效的光能利用率,是株型育种与高光效育种的优良材料,同时也是青贮饲用玉米育种的宝贵种质。本文介绍了多叶型玉米的植株特征、产量生理特性、玉米多叶性状的育种应用与遗传研究的概况,并对多叶型玉米的研究工作进行了展望,旨在为多叶种质的育种实践与多叶性状的基础研究提供参考。

Abstract: The leafy maize, characteristic of more leaves above the ear and high solar energy utilization, is the ideal material in plant type and high photosynthetic efficiency breeding programmes. Moreover, the leafy maize germplasm is valuable for silage and forage maize breeding. Herein, progress in physiological characteristics, genetics and breeding application of the leafy maize was introduced. Finally, the future work of leafy type maize was discussed.
