富铁苹果发酵液对缺铁胁迫下平邑甜茶保护酶活性的影响

Study on the Effect of Iron-rich Apple Fruit broth on Protective Enzymes Activities of iron-deficiency Malus hupehensis

摘要: 以缺铁平邑甜茶(M.hupehensis Rehd)为试材,用富铁苹果发酵液进行恢复试验。结果表明:对一年生平邑甜茶幼苗,T3处理(稀释300倍发酵液+FeSO4)较T1处理(去离子水对照)明显提高了平邑甜茶幼苗CAT、POD的活性和MDA、可溶性糖含量,且T2处理(稀释100倍发酵液+FeSO4)比T4处理(稀释500倍发酵液+FeSO4)作用明显;对于三年生缺铁苹果树来说,A3(发酵液+ FeSO4)处理较A1(浇去离子水对照)、A2(FeSO4 溶液)处理明显提高了CAT、POD的活性和MDA、可溶性糖的含量。 总体上,稀释300倍发酵液+FeSO4效果最好。

Abstract: Malus hupehensis seedlings were cultured in iron deficiency Sand,then watered the iron-rich apple broth to recover the iron-deficiency phenomenon.The results showed that:T3 treatment (300-fold diluted broth + FeSO4) increased activities of CAT, POD and content of MDA,soluble sugar of Malus hupehensis seedlings significantly.At the same time, the effect of T2 (diluted 100-fold broth + FeSO4) was better than T4 (diluted 500-fold fermentation of Liquid + FeSO4). For three-years iron-deficiency apple, A3 (broth + FeSO4) increased the activities of CAT, POD and content of MDA,soluble sugar.As a whole, T3 treatment (300-fold diluted broth + FeSO4) is the best treatment for both iron-deficiency seeding and three-years iron-deficiency apple.
