摘要：

对12份重庆地区不同来源的葛根种质资源的遗传多样性进行RAPD分析和葛根素含量聚类分析。结果表明： RAPD分析葛根种质资源的遗传距离在0.00-0.36之间，平均为0.19；葛根种质资源遗传相似系数按类平均法，可聚为3类。按照葛根素含量聚类分析可以分为3类。

Abstract:

RAPD markers were used to study genetic diversity of 12 pueraria varieties, which have separate sources in Chongqing area. The main results were summarized as follows: The genetic distances between varieties were with an average of 0.19, ranged from 0.00-0.36, 12 varieties were both classified into three groups according to genetic identity and puerarin content.
