陕北红枣中酚类物质的紫外光谱分析

Analysis of Phenolic Compounds in North Shaanxi Red Jujube by UV Spectrophotometry

摘要:

红枣样品经过超声波法、索氏回流法、萃取法三种不同方法处理后,采用紫外分光光度法,在相应检测波长下对没食子酸等9种酚类物质的含量进行测定。结果表明:除没食子酸外,儿茶素等八种酚类化合物检测浓度在0.002~0.010 mg/mL范围内与吸光度线性关系良好,相关系数(r2)为0.9954~0.9998,以儿茶素为对照品的平均回收率为99.30%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.87%。儿茶素和表儿茶素占检测到的酚类物质总量的55%以上。该方法简单、准确,可用于陕北红枣中酚类物质含量的测定。

Abstract:

The phenolic compounds in North Shaanxi red jujube were extracted by ultrasonic wave, Soxhlet backflow and extraction, respectively. Then the contents of phenolic compounds were detected by UV spectrophotometry at different wavelengths. The results showed that there were good linear relationships between eight phenolic compounds (except gallic acid) and their absorbance, when the concentrations of 8 phenolic compounds were from 0.002 to 0.010 mg/mL. The correlation coefficients (r2) were between 0.9954-0.9998, the average recovery was 99.30% and the RSD was 1.87% when catechin was as the control. The contents of catechin and epicatechin accounted for up to 55%. This method was simple, accurate and suitable for detecting phenolic compounds in North Shaanxi red jujube.
