花粉囊介质花粉在烟草杂交制种上的应用

Application of Anther Medium Pollen in Hybrid Seed Production of Tobacco

摘要:

为节约纯花粉用量,降低种子成本,将云烟85,云烟87和K326的纯花粉分别与其花粉囊粉末按体积比2:1、1:1、1:2及1:3的比例均匀混合制备成花粉囊介质花粉,以纯花粉为对照,研究介质花粉对MS云烟85,MS云烟87和MSK326的坐果和种子质量的影响。结果表明:对于MS云烟85,MS云烟87和MSK326,按2:1比例制备成的介质花粉的授粉效果较其它处理好,坐果率、单果粒数、千粒重、发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、平均发芽时间和单株产量与对照比未受影响,但花粉使用量节约了33.33%。结果说明,适宜的花粉囊介质花粉应用于烟草种子生产,能节约纯花粉用量,降低种子生产成本。

Abstract:

In order to save the application amount of pure pollen and reduce seed production costs, the effects of artificial pollination using anther medium pollen on the fruit setting percentage and seed quality of MS Yunyan 85, MS Yunyan 87 and MSK326 were investigated. Pure pollen from Yunyan 85, Yunyan 87 and K326 diluted with its anther powder at the proportion of 2:1, 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3(pollen:anther powder v/v) respectively, using pure pollen as control. The results showed that the effects of artificial pollination of anther medium pollen (2:1, pollen:anther powder v/v) was better than other treatments for MS Yunyan 85, MS Yunyan 87 and MSK326, fruit setting percentage, seed number per capsule, 1000-seed weight, germination energy, germination percentage, germination index, average germination time and yield per plant were no significant difference compared to the control, the application amount of pure pollen was decreased by 33.33%. The results indicated that the suitable proportion of anther medium pollen could be used in tobacco seed multiplication, could save the application amount of pure pollen and reduce seed production costs.
