摘要:通过对两个不同类型Bt 棉品种不同生育期低温高湿胁迫研究表明,低温高湿胁迫48h整个生育期叶片Bt杀虫蛋白含量都下降,其中在结铃期,Bt杀虫蛋白含量大幅下降。低温高湿使叶片GPT活性下降,游离氨基酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量下降,即氮代谢减弱。

Abstract:

Abstract:The experiment of both low temperature and high humidity on the two different types of Bt cotton cultivars was conducted at different developing periods, the results showed that the low temperature at both 18 ℃ and high humidity (90%-95%RH) for 48 hours resulted in leaf Bt protein content decrease in three periods, especially in the peak boll period. The leaf GPT activity, the contents of leaf amino acid and soluble protein decreased during peak boll period under the both low temperature and high humidity treatment. It had characteristics of weak N metabolism intensity.
