茉莉酸甲酯对人参β-1,3-葡聚糖酶和几丁质酶活性的影响

Effect of Methyl Jasmonate on the Activities of β-1, 3-glucanase and Chitinase in Ginseng

摘要:

为了明确β-1,3-葡聚糖酶和几丁质酶在茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)诱导人参抗人参锈腐病过程中的作用,试验设4个处理:MeJA、Cylindrocarpon destructans、MeJA+Cylindrocarpon destructans和CK。MeJA浓度为200 mg/L。处理后3,6,9,12,15,20,25,30天测定酶活。结果表明,经MeJA处理后接种人参锈腐菌,人参根系β-1,3-葡聚糖酶和几丁质酶的活性均较对照增强。β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性在第12天达到峰值,是对照的1.39倍;几丁质酶活性在第15天达到峰值,是对照的1.51倍。这表明β-1,3-葡聚糖酶和几丁质酶在MeJA诱导人参抗人参锈腐病的过程中起重要作用。

Abstract:

The aim was to study the function of β-1,3-glucanase and chitinase in ginseng resistance to Cylindrocarpon destructans induced by Methyl Jasmonate. Four treatments were designed in the test, including MeJA、Cylindrocarpon destructans、MeJA+ Cylindrocarpon destructans and CK。Ginseng plants were immersed in Methyl Jasmonates solution (200 mg/L). The ginseng plants were obtained after 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 20, 25 and 30 days. The activities of β-1,3-glucanase and chitinase were measured. The results showed that both the activities of β-1, 3-glucanase and chitinase could be increased significantly in the ginseng roots induced by MeJA than those in control. The activities of β-1, 3-glucanase reached the peak at 12 days after inoculation, of which was 1.39 times of CK; and chitinase activity reached the peak at 15 days after inoculation, was 1.51 times of CK. The findings indicated that β-1,3-glucanase and chitinase play critical roles in resistance to C. destructans in ginseng induced by Methyl Jasmonate.
