河北柴鸡放养与现代笼养对鸡屠体指标和部分器官发育比较的研究

Research of Slaughter Indices and Partial Organ Developmnet of Hebei Domestic Chicks and Jingbai Chicks

摘要:

为探讨放养柴鸡在屠体品质及器官发育上的特点,选取150日龄放养河北柴鸡和笼养京白鸡各8只,屠宰后进行屠体指标测定。结果显示,放养柴鸡的产肉性能低于京白鸡,在活重、屠体重上极显著低于京白鸡(P<0.01);屠宰率极显著高于京白鸡6.31%(P<0.01),腹脂率较京白鸡显著降低37.20%(P<0.05);放养柴鸡与京白鸡相比,免疫器官、消化系统均比较发达,具有体瘦头小等显著外部特征。说明放养柴鸡在部分屠体指标及器官发育上具有相对独特的优点,为柴鸡的品种选育提供了必要参考。

Abstract:

The trial was conducted to discuss the characteristic on slaughter quality and organ development of Hebei domestic chiks. Each of 8 chicks aged 150-days-old of Hebei domestic and caged chicks (Jingbai) were selected to slaugher and determine the slaughter indices. The results indicated that the ability of producing meat on domestic chicks were lower than which of Jingbai chicks, the weight and slaughter weight on domestic chicks were significant lower than that of Jingbai(P<0.01). The slaughter rates on domestic chicks were significant higher(P<0.01) and the percentage of abdominal fat were significant lower 37.20% (P<0.05) than which of Jingbai chicks. Compared with Jingbai chicks, the immune apparatus and digestive system were farther development, the body was thinner and head was smaller on domestic chicks. In conclusions, Hebei domestic chicks had relatively particular advantages on slaughter characteristic and organ development, which supplied necessary reference for breeding of domestic chicks.
