药食植物玛咖粉末性质的研究

Study on the Powder-characteristics of Maca Used as Medicine and Food

摘要:

研究药食植物玛咖与3种天然植物辅料粉末的性质和复合玛咖粉末直接压片的工艺参数。采用单因子和正交实验设计法,以松密度和振实密度、休止角、溶胀性等对粉体性质进行考察,应用SAS软件分析数据。结果表明:天然植物A、B与玛咖粉末的充填性好,流动性对复合玛咖粉体粉末的分剂量产生重要影响;植物A、B粉末为辅料对玛咖的松密度有显著影响(P=0.0125),对溶胀体积有极显著的影响(P=0.0089),而对玛咖的振实密度(g/mL)影响不大;复合玛咖粉末的溶胀体积最适宜工艺条件是:A为0.15份,B为0.10份,C为0.05份,其溶胀体积为2.459。该工艺处方合理、充填性好,溶胀性、流动性好,可为工业化生产的处方筛选和工艺提供理论依据。

Abstract:

The aim was to study the powder-characteristics of drug-diet maca, 3 natural plant auxiliary materials and the processing parameters of direct compression technology of the compound maca-powder. By single factor and orthodox experiment, the powder-characteristics such as bulk density, tap density, angle of repose, swelling ability were investigated, SAS software was applied in the calculation. The results showed that the powder of natural plant A, B and maca all had good fillibility. The flowability had important influence on the fractionated dose of the compound maca-powder. The powder A, B used as auxiliary materials had significant effect on the bulk density (P=0.0125), volume swelling (P=0.0089) and little effect on the tap density of the compound maca-powder. The optimum condition of compound maca-powder swelling volume was obtained as follows: A was about 0.15 shares B was about 0.10 shares, C was about 0.05 shares, and the optimum swelling volume was about 2.459. The technology was reasonable in formulation and satisfactory in fillibility, swelling ability, flowability, and it could serve as theoretical basis for the industrial production of maca tablets.
