Abstract: How to driven economic growth in the region’s by foreign tourist consumption it’s a spillover effect on economic stimulated by tourism. On this basis, this paper had an empirical analysis on the relationship between foreign tourist consumption and economic growth by using panel data model. the results showed that the different regions of the inbound tourism consumption had different spillover effect on economic growth, which could promoted the economic development on Beijing, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Anhui, Guangdong, Sichuan, Guizhou and Xinjiang and other provinces, but it had also deteriorated the development of economic in Tianjin, Shanghai, Chongqing, Yunnan, Shaanxi and Gansu Provinces. Finally this paper put forward some suggestions on how to promote the foreign tourist consumption on economic growth by combination with the empirical results.
